Many people believe that you are required to have real estate experience in order to take the Brokers Exam. Not true! If you have a four-year college degree, you’re eligible! Simply pass the required pre-licensing courses which are all available here, and the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) will allow you take the Brokers Exam. No real estate experience is required!
